Formyula is an easy to use cloud-based tool that puts the power of data into the hands of anyone who wants to collect information to make better decisions.
How can we be more efficient? How can we improve sales performance? How can I make life better or safer for others? Formyula helps you get to the root of questions like these and many others.
It all starts at Formyula.com, where it s simple to create forms that allow you to collect and analyze data.
Once your forms are completed, they can be accessed by the Formyula Data Collection app. Authorized users download the forms, fill in the data fields, and upload the information instantly back to the cloud, where it can be explored with intuitive analytical tools to discover insights, recognize trends, and find answers to important questions.
With the Formyula Data Collection app, manually entered data can be collected literally anywhere a mobile device can be used in caves, basements, submarines, mountaintops, you name it.
